Return Policy

  •  A delivery fee of 2 KWD will be deducted from the value of returned items.
  • The product may be collected from the customer within up to 2 days.
  • The refund will be processed within up to 2 days after the product is received.

Exchange Policy

• A delivery fee of 2 KD applies to all exchange orders.
• If there is a difference in price between the exchanged items, the price difference must be paid before the exchange is processed.
• The product will be collected from the customer within up to 2 days, and the new product will be delivered at the same time.
